Luckily for us, realtors understand what it’s like to be parents building a business. Most realtors have been through it at some point in their career, so they can definitely appreciate and support our initiative to serve this market, while caring for young children.
In honour of what we do and how we do it, and with Mr. Kelly’s story in mind, we decided to record our marketing promo with a little guest in the room. Read More
What Realtors Are Saying
I’ve been a realtor for over 30 years and didn’t think I have anything new to learn from the Chairman’s Club, but I went anyways. I’m glad I did. I was surprised to learn from the other realtors that they were using AGENTC to hire their Real Estate Assistants. Boy, I wish I knew about you guys sooner. Thank you for hiring my Buyer Agent and Licensed Assistant. You guys are wonderful.
Hiring my first Real Estate Assistant was a bit overwhelming for me. I’ve been writing my own offers, CMAs, brokerloading and coordinating my own listings for years. The idea of someone else doing it both thrilled me and scared me. AGENTC was more than just a recruitment company. They handheld the entire process showing me how to conduct an interview, the importance of assessing candidates, and how to handle any issues that arose with my new hire – now that I am a manager of an employee. Their insight, experience and patience are priceless. I can’t imagine having done this without them.
I’ve learned the hard way of what not to hire and I’ve experienced first-hand why I can never go back to my old ways of recruitment. AGENTC has been instrumental in helping me find an assistant that is competent, professional and capable of handling the competing priorities of a busy real estate team. Recruitment can be so stressful, but having someone wise and calm guide you through the process makes it so much easier to grow your real estate business.
AGENTC is able to listen to our needs and source the skills required in a new team member. This is very important to ensure the process is quick and smooth. Each candidate that was presented to us was serious inquiries that match the needs of our business. I highly recommend AGENTC for recruiting talented agents and coordinators/administrators, as well as management, for the real estate industry. We will always go straight to AGENTC for assisting us in growing our team.
At the Royal LePage Conference, a Toronto based Realtor mentioned AGENTC as the go to person for real estate recruitment and considering I was located in Montreal, I wasn’t sure if they were going to be able to help me. After-all, they don’t have a network of Montreal candidates. To my surprise, they don’t need a database. Their headhunting strategy was phenomenal that they presented me with some of Montreal’s top realtors’ assistants. I was beyond impressed. I don’t know how they do it, but I was given the choice of 3 exceptional candidates.
